1. General

The company Fotellis S.A., headquartered in Athens at 33 Timaeou Street (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), which created the website https://www.fotellis.gr (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), provides its services subject to the following Terms of Use.
Visitors / users of the Website are requested to carefully read the following terms and to access / use the pages / services of the Website only if they fully accept them.
Existing services, as well as any new services that may be added to the Website, are subject to these Terms of Use, unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company makes every effort to ensure that all information and data contained on the Website are accurate and complete. However, given the nature and volume of the Internet, under no circumstances, including negligence, shall the Company be liable for any kind of damage suffered by a visitor / user as a result of accessing or using the pages, services, options and content of the Website at their own initiative.
  • The Company disclaims any liability relating to the limited retention period, deletion, poor performance or inability to electronically store any user data and / or any content of personal pages / services.
  • The Company makes every effort to ensure that the Website is safe for users; however, it does not guarantee that any program or information available on the Website is free from harmful code, viruses or other elements that may have destructive effects on the computer system of the user / visitor. It is the sole responsibility of each user to use appropriate anti-malware software and to safeguard their information and computer system.

4. Indemnification

It is expressly agreed that, in the event that any action, claim, administrative proceeding or judicial proceeding is brought against the Company as a result of any breach by a user / visitor of the Website, the user / visitor responsible for such breach shall be obliged, on the one hand, to intervene in the relevant proceedings and, on the other hand, to indemnify the Company in the event that the Company is required to pay compensation or incur any other related expense.

5. Applicable Law & Other Terms

  • These Terms of Use are governed by the provisions of Greek Law, the directives and regulations of European Union Law, and the relevant international provisions, and shall be interpreted in accordance with the principles of good faith, fair dealing, and the economic and social purpose of the relevant rights.
  • If any provision is found to be contrary to law and therefore invalid or voidable, it shall automatically cease to have effect, without in any way affecting the validity of the remaining terms.
  • No amendment to the terms of these Terms of Use shall be taken into account or form part thereof unless it has been made in writing and incorporated herein.
  • The Courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use.
